GCC inaugural sport games draw on Friday

The draw process of the upcoming GCC inaugural Sport Games will be conducted in Bahrain city of Manama on Friday evening. HE Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Executive Chairman of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) , the Games Executive Director beside GCC representatives will attend the function, according to Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC). A number of GCC sport delegates and members of coordination, follow – up and Doping committees have jointly began their workshops in preparation for the prestigious games. The prestigious GCC Games will be held from October 11 to 22 in Bahrain where athletes will compete in several sports including soccer, bowling, road cycling, swimming, basketball, handball, volleyball and endurance horseback riding. More than 1,500 GCC athletes are anticipated to compete in these games.
