Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic underwent a medical examination at a Paris hospital on Wednesday morning, paving the way for his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. The 30-year-old star left the hospital shortly after midday in a car with tinted windows that had to weave its way through a throng of journalists, security guards, and autograph-hunters. Two security guards had been positioned outside the cardiology department at the Hospital La Pitie-Salpetriere to prevent onlookers and journalists from entering the facility. Wearing jeans and a grey shirt, Ibrahimovic had arrived at the hospital earlier in the morning, accompanied by PSG club doctor Eric Rolland. "We've given him (Ibrahimovic) the standard tests, no problem," a source close to the club told AFP. The former Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona and AC Milan striker is set to be officially presented to the media at Parc des Princes at 1500 local time (1300GMT) on Wednesday afternoon. PSG sporting director Leonardo announced on Tuesday evening that an agreement had been found between the club and the player.
