Nick Kyrgios drops out of the top 20 after losing in the Estoril semi-finals with his place taken by Benoit Paire, who also bowed out at the last-four stage in Portugal.
Novak Djokovic retains his massive lead at the top from Andy Murray ahead of his first match at the Madrid Masters.
