FC Seoul moved within a point of K-League leaders Jeonbuk Motors thanks to a 3-2 home win over Gangwon FC. The capital side claimed their third win in four league matches, but fell behind to Wesley's eighth-minute goal for the visitors. Dejan Damjanovic levelled after half an hour and Mauricio Molina's second-half double put Seoul in control, with Jung Sung-Min pulling one back with four minutes to go. Busan I'Park joined Jeju United on 40 points with a 2-0 win at Gwangju, which was secured by goals from Fagner and Yoo Ji-Hoon. Jeju lost 2-1 at Sangju Sangmu, who have now gone six league games without defeat. Kwon Soon-Hyung gave Jeju a 38th-minute lead but the home side hit back in the second half with Sang Hee-Lee's double. Gyeongnam leapfrogged Daegu into eighth by beating them 4-1. Caique's second-minute penalty gave Gyeongnam the perfect start at home and Luke DeVere doubled their advantage two minutes into the second half. Caique completed his hat-trick by scoring on the hour and netting a second penalty with 20 minutes to go, before Hwang Il-Soo grabbed a 75th-minute consolation for Daegu.
