Switzerland pip Germany to take world team event

Switzerland pipped Germany to win the team event at the World Cup finals on home snow in St Moritz on Friday.
The two finalists both won two races down the dual panelled slalom course, the Swiss awarded gold in the event that will be part of the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics by just 0.04sec.
Sweden beat France 3-1 for bronze.
The World Cup finals continue Saturday with the men's giant slalom and women's slalom.
