42 killed, injured in road accident in Sudan

Khartoum - Arab Today
Some 17 persons were killed and 25 others - from the same family - were injured in a road accident in Sudan.
The accident took place when a lorry carrying people, who were en route to attend a wedding party, collided with another truck on Khartoum-Wad Madani road.
The horrible collision was caused by over-speeding.
A security force and ambulances rushed to the scene of the accident.
The injured were moved to hospitals for medical treatment. Some of them were in critical condition.
Authorities concerned were notified to conduct a probe.
