1 killed, 9 injured in shootout between police, drug dealers in Fayyoum
Cairo - MENA
A person was killed and nine others injured when security forces exchanged fire with drug dealers on Fayyoum-Cairo highway.
The shootout brought the traffic on the main street to a halt.
The injured were rushed to the Fayyoum General Hospital.
