One Syrian was killed and two Lebanese were wounded by Syrian shelling that targeted the Lebanese-Syrian border town of Mashta Mahmoud in the province of Akkar, said an official news agency here on Friday. Lebanon National News Agency added that the shelling also targeted the town of Al-Khalsa on the Lebanese-Syrian border. Since the Syrian uprising in February 2011 Lebanese areas in the northern border with Syria and in the Bekaa region have witnessed shelling from the Syrian side
