Egyptian Environment minister, Swiss ambassador review joint cooperation

Environment Minister Khaled Fahmy discussed with Swiss Ambassador here Markus Leitner means of promoting joint cooperation especially in the fields of climate change, environmental tourism, medical wastes and environmental studies file of the New Suez Canal project.
The National Council on Climate Change was established under the environment minister, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
The council groups representatives of some ministries and experts. The council specializes in setting a national strategy for climate change.
