Tuesday is very like to see flurries of snow in Moscow City and the adjoining region, with air temperatures descending to minus 7 C. Weather forecasts speak of a likelihood of mild winds blowing at 5 to 10 meters per second. Slight snowfall is not ruled out overnight to Wednesday, with the frost descending to about minus 10 C in the city and to minus 13 C in the region. March 19, the lowest temperature of minus 28.3 C was registered in Moscow in 1942. On the contrary, this day was the warmest in 1990 when the air warmed up to 13.2 C.
