A reporter who was covered in snow by a passing plow while delivering a stand-up report in New Jersey said the plow driver's wife made the driver apologize. Steve Keeley, a WTFX-TV, Philadelphia, reporter was covered in snow Monday by a passing plow while delivering a report on the snowfall from Woodstown, N.J. He said he was not surprised when the clip quickly went viral, the Philadelphia Daily News reported Tuesday. "I knew instantly it would go viral. I spent my whole career trying to not be in the news and I knew in an instant this would be big," Keeley said. "I can't believe with all the stuff going on in the world that people care about this." He said the received a phone call from the plow driver, Michael Wyatt, who said he hadn't realized his mistake until his wife ordered him to call Keeley and apologize. Keeley assured Wyatt there was no harm done. Keeley said he has received phone calls from officials including Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood. "I knew I was in for a bad day when I saw an email from a fired Gov. [Chris] Christie staffer, 'Time for some plow troubles for Steve Keeley.'" Keeley joked on his Twitter account.
