Resident rescued from Oman house fire

A resident is in hospital suffering from smoke inhalation after emergency crews attended a fire in a house, PACDA announced Sunday.
The fire broke out at a house in Ibri, and firefighting teams rushed to the scene. The Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance in Al Dhahira managed to extinguish the fire, and aid in the rescue of the householder.
The person was able to escape, and is in moderate condition in hospital, according to authorities.
