Tanzanian Foreign Minister Bernard Membe reiterated his country's commitment to Egypt's right to the Nile River water, Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said on Saturday.
The Egyptian top diplomat made the remarks following a meeting with Membe in Addis Ababa.
Shoukry has also met with Malin Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Diop.
The meetings took up means to boost relations and measures to face terrorist groups, Shoukry said.
The Tanzanian minister promised continued cooperation with Cairo to maintain Egypt's rights to the Nile River water, Shoukry added.
