The main water pipe feeding Al Dakhiliyah is leaking and repair teams are trying to fix it, the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) announced.
The first notice was posted Saturday evening, and as of this morning, the Authority confirmed that efforts are still ongoing. The PAEW expects the leak to be fixed within 24 hours.
"The authority apologises for any shortage in water supply, and urges subscribers to take all necessary precautions and continue to ration their consumption," an official statement said.
