Cairo - Arab today

Egypt's temperatures will continue rising Sunday following brief moderate weather with Cairo expected to witness a high of 39 degrees Celsius and lows of 21 degrees, state news agency MENA reported.

 

The coastal city of Alexandria will see highs of 31 and lows of 20 degrees celsius.

The Red Sea resorts of Marsa Alam, Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh will witness highs of 37, 40 and 38 degrees respectively and lows of 24, 23 and 25.

Upper Egypt’s Luxor and Aswan will see temperatures in the forties with highs of 43 and 44 respectively and cooler nights with lows of 24 and 26.

The Mediterranean Sea will experience light-to-moderate waves, between 1-1.5 metres in height, while the Red Sea will experience moderate to high waves of between 2.-2.5 metres.
