2012 Lotus evora s lands New York - Arabstoday You’ll hardly notice the difference if you don’t read this piece.Lotus' future is still unclear, but the Malaysian owned British automaker made it to New York Auto Show to reveal some tweaks to the Evora S. Although the pride of this two-seater is its chassis and related systems, this time around the improvements had nothing to do with driving ability with focus firmly on interior appearance and gadgetry.Enhancements were made to the interior packaging in the shape of leather on the door panels and lower sills and a few cosmetic changes to the Recaro seats. There are also improvements to the dashboard color contrast, while an Alpine audio and navigation system was replaced by one from Pioneer. The original Evora S wheel combination is 18- and 19-inch wheels front/rear. For the 2012MY the option of a 19- and 20-inch wheel combination is available in various designs and shades. The Evora S main competition when it hits the showrooms this week will come from the ranks of the German luxury brands such as Audi's TT and Porsche's Cayman S.
