Bahraini Zahraa Baqer has been honoured in Cairo in recognition of her support to Arab women. The Arab Woman Creativity Festival named her as a pioneering businesswoman on the sidelines of its second edition at the Sharm el-Sheikh.
Bahraini Ambassador of Positivity, Zahraa conducted workshops along with brainstorming sessions to explore creative economic empowerment solutions. Thirteen Arab countries took part in the festival, which was held under the inspiring theme "Economic Empowerment and Women Entrepreneurship".
She described her honouring at the festival as a catalyst to continue dedicated efforts to promote community development and women empowerment. She paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), for their role in supporting Bahraini women.
