Ethiopian band Badume’s Band and French-Moroccan singer Mister You shined on the seventh evening of the 36th International Timgad Festival.
The audience who attended the penultimate evening of the festival, whose edition is devoted to the population of Gaza, transformed the open air theatre into a large dance scene.
Despite the linguistic barrier, the singer of Badume’s Band, Zelamnesh, along with the dancer Zenash, transported the audience to the heart of the Ethiopian rhythmic music.
For his part, French Moroccan rapper Mister You enthralled the audience with his performance, particularly “United,” “Emméne-moi” (Take me) and “A toi” (For you).
