Going with the thirst-quenching beer are delicacies from all parts of the world, including "cowboy" burgers, Mexican tacos, grilled meat, BBQ skewers, hotdogs and lobsters.
An extensive collection of exclusive live band music will be provided all-day-long at the main stage at the Wo On Lane Amphitheater for music lovers, while Wild West theme games and Cowgirl dance performance will be scheduled around different street corners of Lan Kwai Fong.
It is suggested that participants dress up as cowboys or cowgirls together with prepared costume hats to join the party.
