His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today Hmood Jassim Abdulla Hmood, who offered him a copy of his book entitled: "My Return to Life".
The book documents the writer’s therapeutic journey, experience with the various stages of cancer, the pain he had suffered during the treatment and recovery. It also includes advice to cancer patients on how to overcome the disease.
HRH Premier praised the efforts exerted by the author to compile such a valuable book, which will benefit patients and help them fight cancer.
He asserted that the government had provided all cancer treatment requirements, including highly qualified medical staff and world-standard equipment, praising the Bahraini youths’ ability and resolve to overcome all challenges.
Hmood Jassim extended heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his incessant support during the treatment stage, which had a positive impact on him and gave him hope to recover from the disease, praying Allah Almighty to preserve him and guide him on the right path of success.
