Actress Emma Stone is extending her stay at Broadway's Cabaret until Feb. 15, two weeks longer than anticipated.
Roundabout Theatre Company made the announcement Monday adding that the actress who will play the show's female star, Sally Bowels, until the show finishes in March would be announced at a later date.
Stone, 26, took over the role from Michele Williams in November and has received rave reviews for her vulnerable portrayal of Bowles.
Cabaret is set in 1931 Berlin and was written by Christopher Isherwood with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. The play follows the relationship between a 19-year-old cabaret dancer and an American writer.
Stone co-stars on the play alongside Alan Cumming as the Emcee.
