US to release intel on Syria gas attack this week

The United States said Tuesday it will release intelligence on the alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria, which reportedly killed hundreds of civilians, later this week. "I think you can expect it this week," White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters at a daily briefing, amid widespread expectations that the United States would launch a military response to the alleged use of chemical agents.
