Zaytiat port in Suez received a ship carrying 5,000 tons of butane gas coming from the Saudi port of Yanbu, Spokesman for the Red Sea Ports Authority Malak Youssef said on Thursday.
Safaga port is due to receive a ferryboat carrying 729 passengers, 11 trucks and 22 vehicles, he added.
A vessel carrying 26,000 tons of phosphates set sail for India, Youssef said, adding that a ship with 222 passengers, six trucks and 12 vehicles on board left Safaga port.
