Abbas receives invitation to attend Egypt economic conference

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday received an invitation from Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to take part in Egypt' Economic Development Conference (EEDC) slated for March.
Egypt's ambassador in Ramallah Wael Nasreddin Attia delivered the invitation during a meeting with Abbas.
Abbas confirmed he will attend the conference.
