Community projects worth over AED17 million have been launched for private sector investors and developers in Al Ain City to meet growing population needs for diverse commercial services as part of Abu Dhabi Government's comprehensive sustainable development strategy.
The projects launched by Al Ain City Municipality covers the design, construction and operation of a community market project in Al Yahar North and Asharej areas, said Badr Al Ammari, Supervisor General of Al Ain City Municipality Investment Bureau, adding that the project, which falls within the efforts made to boost the private sector's role in the country's overall development drive, was initially launched in June and the bidding process would continue until the end of August.
The developments will include renovation of public utilities and launching new service projects needed by the society in line with the rules and regulations set by the municipality to set up an integrated large-scale network of community projects that include entertainment and service facilities patterned after the latest world design standards.
The municipality has called upon all interested parties to review the bidding requirements listed on its official website until August 27th.
