The Global Entrepreneurship Week will be celebrated from November 17 to 23 in Algiers under the slogan "entrepreneurial ecosystems in Algeria," the organizers said Sunday.
The event, organized for the fourth time in Algeria, includes several activities, said the coordinator of the entrepreneurship week in Algeria during a press conference in Oran, noting that 2013 edition saw the participation of 200,000 parties.
This participation and intensive activities have earned Algeria the 4th place, following Great Britain, Germany and Mexico, stressed Fatiha Rachedi insisting on the need to keep such performance or improve it.
Organized under the patronage of Mines and Industry Ministry, this event aims at highlighting the process of business creation, the relationship between the university and industry, ways to mobilize resources and presentation of the programmes and the resources to promote entrepreneurial culture and development of competitiveness between companies, the source said.
Oran will house part of the celebration of the Global Entrepreneurship Week from November 18 to 22, by organizing 300 activities with the participation of 70 partners, including youth employment support plans, sector of the industry and universities, as well as ten training sessions, said Rachedi.
