Secretary General of the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) Hazem Fahmi inked a memorandum of understanding Monday with director of the COMESA Regional Investment Agency Heba Salama.

The memo represents a general framework to facilitate cooperation between COMESA member states to support regional and international investments and increase inter-trade rates to be reflected positively on the economic and social developments, Foreign Ministry said in a statement Monday.
