Egypt’s Ambassador to Kuwait Yasser Attef asserted that Kuwait is the third largest Arab investor in Egypt with a total investment of 15 billion dollars.
He made the remarks following his participation in the opening of the Egyptian International Everest Real Estate Exhibition in Kuwait Wednesday evening.
The Kuwaiti investor pays great attention to investing in the real estate sector not only in Egypt but also in the whole world, Attef said, stressing that there are many big Kuwaiti companies that work in this field.
Egypt is keen on attracting Kuwaiti investments and removing any obstacles facing Kuwaiti investors, the Egyptian ambassador underlined.
The Kuwaiti and Egyptian sides are keeping a close eye on all available projects at the Everest Real Estate Exhibition to prevent any manipulation, according to Attef.
The Egyptian government is determined to achieve development in all sectors as evidenced by several mega projects that are being implemented, including projects to reclaim agriculture lands, improve services and boost tourism, Attef added.
The Everest Real Estate Exhibition offers prices that suit all categories as the price of the housing unit starts from 300,000 to millions of Egyptian pounds, Attef said.
