Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr on Saturday pledged to quickly complete current projects.
In a televised interview, the minister said that implementing the agenda set by the state is the basis of dealing with agreements and foreign grants.
The state sovereignty will be preserved in dealing with all parties, she added.
The ministry's plan will focus on providing funding for sustainable development, youth employment and improving basic services for citizens, Nasr said.
Small projects will get considerable attention too, she added.
Nasr took an oath early Saturday before President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
