The Arab Coalition Command in Yemen has announced that the port of Hodeida will continue to be open to humanitarian and relief supplies and to commercial ships, including fuel and food vessels, for a period of 30 days, in line with the proposals of the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General for Yemen.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, the decision reflects the desire of the coalition countries to provide humanitarian assistance to the Yemeni people and follows an intensification of the inspection procedures for vessels approaching the port
