King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz
Jeddah - KUNA

Saudi Arabia will offer USD 1 million additional aid, including foodstuffs, to support humanitarian operations for Palestinians in the West Bank.
King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz agreed to offer the additional humanitarian aid in response to a proposal by the World Food Program that targets 81,000 Palestinians, said the official Saudi Press Agency on Sunday.
Riyadh has recently announced it would offer SR 300 million (USD 79.98 million) to the Palestinian Health Ministry and Red Crescent to help overcome a shortage of medical supplies in Gaza following the brutal Israeli aggression on the Strip.
Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal last week said that the Kingdom, represented by the Saudi Fund for Development, will offer USD 500 million, to a programme for reconstruction in Gaza, in cooperation with other donors.
