The Sudanese Ministry of Tourism said Friday tourism revenues have increased during the first half of this year to reach over 472 million U.S. dollars.

A report issued by the ministry showed a net increase in the country's tourism amounted to 472 million dollars, 6.9 per cent increase compared with the same period last year.

The report revealed that 376,681 tourists visited the country in the first half of this year, 7.1 per cent increase compared with the same period in 2015.
