The Tunisian government has lodged an appeal against the decision issued in first instance by the Administrative Court annulling the Decree law 13/2011 on confiscation, TAP reported on Friday.
In so doing and under Article 64 of the law organising the Administrative Court, the decree law is in force again.
It provides for the forfeiture of movable and immovable asset and property of 114 members and aides of ousted Ben Ali's family and of his wife.
The decree was annulled after a complaint filed earlier by Belhassen Ben Rhouma Trabelsi and members of his family against the Prime Ministry.
