Bahraini housing minister receives US congress delegation

Minister of Housing Bassim bin Yaqoob Al Hamar has received a delegation from the US Congress.
He discussed with members of the delegation joint Bahrain-US coordination and cooperation relations.
He highlighted the Housing Ministry's initiatives and plans to ensure sustainable long-term housing services.
He briefed the Congress delegation about the housing services provided by the ministry to low-income students since the 1960s, praising the constant support of the kingdom's leadership and government to the housing issue.
Members of the delegation expressed admiration of the Bahrain's experience in providing social housing services for low-income citizens.
