Egypt, MasterCard sign memo of understanding

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab attended the signing of a memo of understanding between the Communications Ministry and MasterCard on Thursday.
The memo was co-signed by Communications Minister Atef Helmy and President and CEO of MasterCard Ajaypal Singh Banga.
The deal aims to establish a working relationship between the two sides and create strategic alliance chances regarding offering solutions to electronic portfolios through cell phones and connecting them with the national ID of users.
