Palestinian Finance Minister Shukri Bishara day signed today with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs represented by the French Consul General Herve Magro an agreement worth eight million euros to support the Palestinian budget.
Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted Bishara as saying that such support contributes to the empowerment of institutions of the State of Palestine to provide basic services to citizens and protect their interests.
For his part, Consul Magro thanked the State of Palestine for the effort in the management of public funds in a transparent and professional manner, expressing the continued support of the people and government of France for the State of Palestine.
