The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council Member States and the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which aims to boost consultations between the two sides in order to explore fields of cooperation and dialogue.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, the MoU was co-signed by Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Pavlo Klimkin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
