Iran and Belarus trade hit dlrs 54.28 billion in the first half of current Iranian year (started March 21, 2011), Iranian trade official said on Monday. Iran-Belarus trade hits $54b Iranian Commercial Attaché in Belarus Akbar Baqeri Loyeh said that the figure increased by 37 percent compared to the previous year. Baqeri Loyeh underlined that export of Iranian technical and engineering services to Belarus hit dlrs 29.79 billion during the period. He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is currently involved in carrying out several important projects in Belarus which accounted for the balance of the total trade including Iranian imports from Belarus.
