Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) discussed the strengthening of the joint bilateral cooperation with the delegation of the Russian-Arab Business Council, currently visiting Doha.
This came during a meeting held at the Qatar Chamber headquarters in the presence of QCCI Vice Chairman Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Tawar and Director of the Russian-Arab Business Council and head of the delegation Stanislav Yankovets.
Trade relations between Qatar and Russia and ways of strengthening them were discussed during the meeting.
The two sides also discussed how to activate the Russian-Arab Business Council which includes more than 500 members in order to enhance cooperation between Russia and the Arab states.
In another context, Qatar Chamber will participate in the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Arab-German Energy Forum to be held today in the German capital Berlin. Qatar Chamber delegation will be represented by HE the Board Chairman of QCCI Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Thani.
