Timor-Leste Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Security Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao visited Barwa Group to discuss mutual cooperation and real estate joint investment, the group has announced. Barwa Chairman Hitmi Ali Khalifa Al Hitmi expressed his pleasure at Gusmao''s visit to the group where the latter was briefed on the company''s successful experience, said a statement released on Monday. Al Hitmi wished for more mutual cooperation between the two sides, the statement added. For his part, the Timorese PM expressed his pleasure at visiting Barwa adding that the group is a role model for successful businesses all over the world. Barwa is one of the pioneering real estate and investment companies in Qatar. The company aspires to contribute to achieving renaissance, sustainable development and building a bright future for Qatar through investing in businesses, services, and local and global expertise alike.
