Tunisia and France signed here on Friday, two co-operation agreements aimed to reinforce scientific research and the agricultural sector's productivity in both countries.
The two agreements, aim to establish partnerships and cooperation between the two countries in the field of scientific research and the organization of the agricultural sector in the areas of agriculture, cattle breeding and water as well as increasing its returns in light of the challenges it faces, said the Tunisian minister of agriculture Lassaad Lachaal.
For his part, the French Minister of Agriculture Stephane Le Foll, said in a statement that the agreements allow professionals in Tunisia and France to strengthen the partnership and to develop agricultural activities and scientific research in this area.
