Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the world’s leading aluminium producers, on Monday announced Ma’aden - i.e. Saudi Arabian Mining Company - as the Gold Sponsor for the 18th International Arab Aluminium (Arabal) Conference.
The Company also announced Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) and Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mills Company (GARMCO) as the Silver sponsors for Arabal 2014.
Speaking on the sponsorships for the Conference, Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray said:

Arabal 2014 will be held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minster November 25 -7 in Bahrain, under the theme "GCC: An Aluminium Powerhouse".
The agenda for the Conference features two full days of sessions, workshops, panel discussions and presentations by key industry personnel and includes key topics such as LME Workshop on "Hedging your aluminium risk on the LME", Outlook for global Aluminium Industry Panel, LME- today and tomorrow, Aluminium vs. steel in Automotive and Renewable Energy amongst others.
