Almajdouie Motors Company, the sole dealer for Changan cars in Saudi Arabia, has unveiled Changan V7, 2018. The launch took place at the Almajdouie-Changan showroom in Jeddah in the presence of a number of auto enthusiasts, clients and media persons.
The launch follows a good performance by Changan cars in Saudi Arabia under the umbrella of Almajdouie Motors Company. The company said it made efforts to establish an integrated network in various regions in Saudi Arabia, in addition to providing comprehensive after-sales service, “which boosted people’s confidence in Changan cars and created high demand.”
Mohammed Almajdouie, managing director of Almajdouie Motors Company, said: “The launch … means a lot to us at this stage. It is of small sedan car segment, which has strong demand. The car is competing strongly in this segment because of its distinct characteristics in terms of durability and reliability.”
The car, he said, is highly developed and fully loaded with many safety measures and advanced driving systems, which are only available in high car segments, thus placing it on top of the small car segment. It is the optimal choice for those who wish to get a great and strong car at a competitive price, he added.
The Changan V7 comes in two variants, comfort and luxury. The V7 is built on a 2.6-meter wheelbase and measures 4.53 meters long, 1.74 meters wide and 1.49 meters high. It is fitted with 14-inch sport wheels and a 45-liter fuel tank. It runs on 91 petrol.
The Changan V7 has a spacious interior. The car has motorized window glasses, fingerprint and keyless entry, keyless start, central lock, hydraulic steering system, front and real air conditioning, entertainment system including radio MP3, AUX and CD, plus front and rear safety belts and sunroof.
The Changan V7 features various driving and safety systems, including ABS, EBD, EBA, airbags for the driver and front seat passenger. The car has front and rear bumpers, side mirrors of matching color, front and rear fog lamps, mirror embedded turning indicators and anti-theft alarm system.
