The Brotherhood funds inventory commission decided on Saturday the closure of the Brotherhood-owned Arab World Exchange company and its branches in Cairo and Giza over financial violations.
It manager Mohamed Suliman el Gabry has clashed with the commission's executive director and hit him.
The commission's secretary general Mohamed Yasser Abul-Fotouh said in a statement that the commission froze funds and properties of 45 elements of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood.
The commission also impounded the SMS Technology company owned by Mohamed Ezzeddin Ahmed Khedr el-Sadawy, said the statement.
The commission also seized several Brotherhood associations and hospitals, including Ibn Nafis association in Tanta, Tiba hospital in Tanta, Salam hospital, Shorouk 2000 hospital and el Hamd hospital, according to the statement.
