Virginia's CACI is forming two specific groups to better exploit and expand its presence in the Federal Civilian and Business Systems markets. The two groups come into existence Jan. 1 and will focus on the company's broad Federal Civilian, specialized Healthcare and Investigative and Litigation Support and Business Systems work. The business groups will report directly to CACI Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations John Mengucci. "The success of our business in CACI's Federal Civilian/Healthcare/Litigation Support and Business Systems markets drove our decision to give more autonomy, focus and resources to the individual teams overseeing these areas," Mengucci said. "Our new Federal Civilian Solutions and Business Systems Solutions business groups are the culmination of carefully planned leadership succession and the recommendations of retiring Executive Vice President Gil Guarino. "They represent a continuity of leadership and operations that will be seamless to clients." Added CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Allen: "CACI continues to move quickly to seize opportunities in our addressable markets. In our $72 billion Federal Civilian and $8 billion Business Systems markets, we are capitalizing on organic and M&A growth by establishing our Federal Civilian Solutions and Business Systems Solutions business groups, led by highly experienced CACI leaders, to provide dedicated resources and personnel that will accelerate our growth momentum."
