Etisalat has announced its new Smart Mobi-Shop initiative to serve customers on the move across the city. Starting in the Emirate of Dubai, Etisalat's Smart Mobi-Shop, a fleet of mobile customer service vans, will bring Etisalat's services to the city's residents at convenient locations all week long.
The Smart Mobi-Shop gives customers access to a wide portfolio of Etisalat's services, products and promotions, including mobile services and eLife home services. Customers can also renew their subscriptions at the Smart Mobi-Shops, which will be stationed at different locations across the city.
Khaled El Khouly, Chief Marketing Officer at Etisalat, said, "Our new initiative is a reflection of our commitment to serve our customers better. From our customer care agents at ‘101' and live chat on virtual apps to the social media platforms and new Smart Mobi-Shops, we want to make it highly convenient for customers to connect with us, enquire about their desired services and give us their valuable feedback. We believe that such open, two-way communication is important in helping us shape and adjust our offerings to meet the tastes and needs of our customers."
The new Smart Mobi-Shops are staffed with trained agents and equipped with advanced systems to efficiently interact with customers and conduct on-spot transactions.
The initial phase will see several Etisalat Smart Mobi-Shops offer services across the city during flexible hours throughout the week. Gradually, more vans will be added to the fleet across all Emirates.
