Huawei recently launched its “Device Collection Points” customer service to collect and send devices to Huawei’s authorized service centers across the Kingdom. This will give Huawei customers access to an easy and safe service at more than 300 locations across Saudi Arabia.
Whenever a client needs to send their phone to Huawei’s maintenance service center, all they has to do is contact Huawei customer service center to submit a maintenance service request form and then visit the nearest collection point. After printing the service form, the collection point staff will collect the device that needs repair and later return it to the customer’s nearest service center.
Pablo Ning, vice president, Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia, said: “With Huawei’s customers spread across all regions of the Kingdom, and the steadily increasing user number of Huawei devices including smartphones, tablets, wearable devices or even routers, Huawei seeks the best, most convenient, and safest ways to support its customers across the Kingdom and provide the easiest solutions to satisfy them.
“We have contracted with a wide network of collection points across more than 300 branches in the Kingdom. This step comes in the framework of our commitment to providing the best after-sales services to Huawei clients and offering them closer and more convenient device collection points to get their devices repaired.”
