ISACO, the after sales service company of Iran's largest carmaker, Iran-Khodro Company, ranked 1st in after sales services in the car sector for the fifth consecutive year.
Being customer-oriented and gaining the best customer-satisfaction rating have always been the main concerns of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and this survey emphasizes that IKCO is on the right path, a press release by IKCO's public relations department said.
According to the latest customer-satisfaction survey regarding car after-sales service presented by ISQI (Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company), ISACO has gained 81.71 points in 2013 moving up from 80.06 points in 2012.
ISACO has establishd its position as the best presenter of after-sales services in the country after gaining top ratings in seven surveys.
