Jeddah - Arab Today

In welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, McDonald’s KSA launches its campaign “Spread the Goodness” in the western and southern regions. The aim of this campaign is to support those in need by donating a value meal to them.
To ensure the success of the campaign, McDonald’s KSA partnered with local charity organizations.
McDonalds KSA has made sure to involve their valued customers and asked them to join them in spreading the goodness.
On behalf of every customer who buys Ramadan Bundle or McArabia Chicken deals, McDonald’s KSA will donate a value meal to one of the charities.
“The campaign highlights teamwork in doing charitable activities. Acts of kindness can be very simple when you have great partners,” said Mohammed Alireza, deputy general manager at Reza Food Services Co. Ltd. (McDonald’s Western and Southern regions).
“The objective of the campaign is to encourage each other to do good and lend a helping hand to those in need. McDonald’s social responsibility initiatives work to foster and enhance sustainable activities, among them is the charitable support,” said Alireza.
McDonald’s is keen to build firm relationships with charitable organizations in the Kingdom, seeking to support the less fortunate in the community. McDonald’s believes in the cooperation among community members.
It also works to widen the scope of the communal unity and support.
The partnering charities are Al-Bir Society in Makkah, Al-Bir Society in Jeddah, Al-Bir Charity Society in Hawia, Al-Bir Charity Society in Rabigh, Al-Bir Society and Social Services in Yanbu, Al-Bir Society in Abha, Al-Bir Charity Society in Bisha, Al-Bir Charity Society in Qunfudah, Charity Society in Mohail Aseer, The Charity Society for Social Services in Najra, King Abdulaziz Society in Tabuk and Madina Charity Warehouse.
