Mobily
Riyadh - Arab Today

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) is continuing to offer its “Mobily Protect” program for smartphones, enabling subscribers to repair or replace their smartphones and get another one.
“Mobily Protect” is a unique repair and replace service for postpaid subscribers, who can order it from Mobily outlets when purchasing any smartphones valued at SR1,900 ($507) or more for a monthly fee of only SR49 ($13).
Subscribers can enjoy a free trial for the first 30 days of subscription for normal postpaid customers, and 60 days for “Raqi” customers.
Mobily said this service allows customers to obtain guaranteed repairs and protection for their smartphones against accidental damage that is not covered by the manufacturer warranty, such as cracked screens.
This service has been introduced for the first time in the Kingdom, in continuation to Mobily’s efforts to diversify customer services, since the company is keen to offer integrated services that fit customers’ needs.
